More Project 365 Pics

It’s been a really busy week, and although I didn’t take pictures every day, here are some from the past week.

One part of Spring that I love is strawberries!

Starbucks was giving these away with the purchase of a drink.  Aren’t they cute?  My co-worker picked it up for me and surprised me with it.  Thanks Renee!

Friday, March 11, 2011.  What a horrific day for Japan.  (This of course isn’t my picture, but I had to document this day.)

The St. Patrick’s Day Parade in Roanoke, VA. After a week of cold, rainy days, Spring showed up for the parade.  It was a gorgeous day.

Excuse the bad picture, it was with my phone.  My cat, Stinkerwhistle (yeah…strange name, long story) asleep in my son’s arms.  So sweet.

Photo #4 – Yummy Snacks

During tax season, my office is open on Saturdays meaning I have to work on Saturdays.  For our pain, the partners bring in food for us to feed our brains.  Here’s what the break room looked like when I walked in this morning.  As you can see, it starts with the healthy at one end of the table with fruit and veggies, and goes to less healthy with breads and chips, and then all the way down to the bottom with spray cheese.  Yes…spray cheese.  I have to admit though, its good stuff.

Hope you are all having a great weekend.

Project 365 Photo #2-3

I L-O-V-E these candles.  The frangrance fills my whole townhouse when I light just one.  There are so many wonderful scents available for Spring/Summer and best of all they are on sale right now at Bath & Body Works, 2 for $20 (reg. $19.50 each).  They are quite steep for me, but I indulge every once in a while, especially when they are on sale.

My Boy #2 is graduating from high school this year (wow) and we are getting everything together for college.  There is much to do and time is flying by so quick.  He is so excited about continuing his education in culinary arts.  I just need to get him to start cooking more at home!

These are pictures 2 and 3 of my Project 365.  Read about it here.

Stay tuned for more….

Project 365 – A Photo A Day

What would your life look like to someone if you took a photo each day for a year and compiled them?  I too thought this would be an interesting project and I’m starting today (well, yesterday).  I’m hoping it doesn’t turn out to be a snore-fest.

If you are interested in this project, play along.  Click here to see instructions and more about the project.

I won’t post them every day, but at least twice a week and some collages monthly.

This should be interesting.

So, here’s my first photo.

Mmmmm, sweet tea.  This is what has gotten me through this day at work.
