Dear Mother Nature,
I’ve been patiently waiting throughout this entire cold and snowy winter for some signs of Spring. Although we have had a few beautiful days in the past few weeks, I am tired of the grey colors of Winter and ready for some color to start popping out.
Mother, to give you some inspiration, I have put a little hint of Spring on my front door welcoming it to Virginia. Being from the South, nothing says Spring to me more than Dogwoods. I love looking through the woods and seeing the beautiful flowers on the trees.
I hope you take this hint, Mother, and bring all the colors of Spring to us very soon.
Your Daughter in Virginia,
Gloria
